Orders
WL Construction Supply offers several shipping options and most available items ship the same day if the order is received by 2PM Pacific Time / 5PM Eastern Time.
Back Orders and Out of Stock Items
In instances where a product is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail to determine whether to hold or cancel the back order.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, checks (personal, business, cashiers), money orders, and cash. To charge your order to American
Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover, please provide account number, expiration date, CVV2, and billing address.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on all applicable orders.
Tax is charged the following unless a tax-exempt certificate is provided:
CA residents according to their city tax rate.
NJ residents 7%.
Shipping Information
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipments are sent by UPS Air. Orders paid by due date receive free shipping via Ground (surcharges may apply for Air).

International Orders
International orders are accepted. Shipped by USPS. All international orders require a phone number.
Defective Merchandise
All WL Construction Supply items carry a Performance Guarantee. If you have a product purchased directly from wlconstructionsupply.com you feel is defective, please call us for a replacement.
Damaged Items
If you receive an order with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us immediately using the contact information included with the order. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue.
Limits of Responsibility
WL Construction Supply accepts no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
Returns
Returns are only accepted with an authorized RMA number. To obtain an RMA please call us and have your invoice available. All returns must have an RMA.
Price and/or Description Changes
All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.
